LOTR War in the North images

Warner just released a bunch of new images of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North. If you ever played the 2 videogame adaptations from the movies that came out on PS2 and Xbox, it should bring back some nice memories.

What is up with that grass? In this case better no grass than that.
It might still be a fun game though. Time for some gameplay footage.

That first guy has a serious arrow problem. What exactly is this game going to be? RTS? RPG? Action/Adventure?

The ones on the xbox/PS2 weren't too hot and this doesnt look amazing but if its in the style of Dragon Age I could understand and would be more interested.

Action RPG! real-time and not like Dragon Age :D

This is my first LOTR game that I am really looking forward to, I just love LOTR universe and the movies so I am hoping the game delivers, especially the combat :)

Also, gameplay footage please!

looks awesome i think.. the world looks to have a Red dead visual vibe about it - hopefully it'll be as big.

I hope it makes a decent RPG
