Because Gamers tend to bitch about everything ?
If there would be no MP you'd be bitching about the lack of a multiplayer-mode and now when devs put it in you're bitching about the MP component being there ?
Don't like the MP component ? Then don't play it, simple as that...

haha.. i would not be moaning one bit.
You are correct i wont play the MP, but i do worry that time spent on multiplayer could of been spent on single player instead (thinks back at the skyrim argument..lol that was CoOp, not changing anything what so ever.. that's different :D)
GTA IV multiplayer was fun and i'm sure this game will kick it up a few notches. I have the utmost confidence in Rockstar's ability to make a solid multiplayer component. If its anywhere as good as Gears of War MP then it'll have been worth doing.
Fucking co-op/multiplayer! There are still those of us who enjoy playing games alone and not having to put up with dickheads talking shit down their daft looking headsets and barely able to play the game in the first place thus ruining the flow of the gameplay experience. Leave it alone!!!
Previews suggest the MP is actually really good, we'll see i guess. Definately not offended by the prospect of it being there tho. Hell, if i dont like it i just wont play it. Simple

If the MP is good I will give it a go, but I am not a multiplayer person (Scarred from all the idiot internet gangsters from Halo, and also I just kind of suck at multiplayer games)

just start playing online more, you probably think your going to be the crapest player online you'd be surprised how good you get
