Square-Enix has released the launch trailer of its shooter MindJack, which will be out in a couple of days in Europe and already available in North America.
Wtf, its about to come out? Nobody knows about it..and that's too bad. Cause my friend saw it at GC last year and said it was a really unique and very cool concept. But it remains to be seen if the game itself is even decent.

Japan have sucked this gen, compared to previous anyway.
they still have their moments of genius...case in point, demon's souls. but you're right, they're getting rarer. at least on home consoles. the handhelds still seem to get plenty tho.

Oh they have had there momments yes, but compared to previous they have not fared well.
i've never really been a huge fan of their design philosophy anyway, so it's not a HUGE loss for me. there are exceptions, but they really do need to be exceptional for me to really be wowed by them. of the top of my head, the only games that fit into that catagory are the MGS series, Gt5, team ico games and demon's souls. aside from those 99% of my game library is comprised of western developed games. and that is true all the way back to the megadrive.
