They have been hinting at a console release since they announced this game. I don't know why they don't just announce it already. Also, like Grift said, they also stated that the game will have much more streamlined and user friendly combat. Can't be any worse than the combat in the first one imo.
This game looks beautiful. I bought the original enhanced edition a few weeks ago from steam (offer). When I get a powerful enough pc to play it on ill get through it. But so glad this is also coming to the consoles
