This temple looks like a mosque and i think the body on the rock table could be Drahmin a demon of the fifth plane of the Netherrealm, and Shinnok could be the man who´s doing like some kind of ritual.

Good call on that but that's the only case. As I said, even God of War of team wanted penis for one of the normal monsters and ESRB didn't allow it. Plus having this feature in MK meant having at least 20 male figures.
I'm not saying it's too graphic or something. I just believe ESRB is too sensitive when it comes to showing a penis. As the other poster said, one of GTA4 episodes showed one but that still I think it's an ESRB problem. The God of War 1 team just wanted a small penis for one of monsters but ESRB didn't allow them.
They've already deemed more than a couple of fatalities too much and have forced the team to cut them. If simple finishers are too much, showing a male figure during X-Rays (even partially) would be too much for the sissies at ESRB.
