Still, I've got the game coming tomorrow along with Midnight Club: L.A., Fable II and Dead Space so I'll know one way or the other whether this game is actually any good or not. I'm looking forward to it more than I would if it had been another Climax made game because they've been playing it safe since MotoGP 3 and the series has barely evolved since then. A new developer means a fresh approach to the game but at the same time there's a risk that it could all go pear-shaped. The fact that the game is almost released yet there's no reviews as yet usually doesn't bode well either.

Seems I was right about having seen the trailer before... GameTrailers posted it up on their site on 16th July of this year so the build it is using is at least three months old.
OMG.... Available on PS2? .....Wake up Capcom ...I want my super nes version.
You graphics whore! I want my mobile phone version!!!
The graphics look fairly good too, at least on the tutorial's Mugello track (the longer one from the Forza 2 demo) although the lighting is a bit flat and the contrast level makes everything look a little darker than it should. The Brightness setting in the Options menu should sort that though. The framerate is solid too even on corners, this is no travesty on the scale of the rushed, buggy tear-fest that was MotoGP 06, thanks goodness! :)
Looking forward to checking this out more later on or tomorrow morning... seems very promising...
