Milestone has announced the development of MotoGP 13 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and PS Vita. The game gets a new engine and includes all the tracks and riders of the 2013 season. More details and a teaser inside.

14th January 2013, Milan – Milestone, one of the most recognized racing videogame developers and publishers for consoles and Windows PC, is proud to announce the development of the next release of one of the best-loved videogame franchises ever: MotoGP™13, which comes out in 2013.

Speed. Emotion. Innovation. The full 2013 MotoGP™ season. Graphical excellence. The essential elements mixed with an adrenaline-fueled experience will characterize the brand new MotoGP™13, re-invented by Milestone. With genre-leading redesigned graphics, Milestone’s new project will bring players into the 2013 championship through the eyes of a real MotoGP™ rider. The main game modes are: Official MotoGP will additionally offer players the opportunity to experience the 2013 Worldwide Championship, try the exclusive IRTA Test or prove their ability in a Quick Race. Career, the newly revamped career mode, will put gamers into the shoes of the riders, as it runs from first until the final race of the season. This particular game-mode will mix-in third and first person elements as well. Multiplayer will re-create exciting events – inspired by reality – to MotoGP™’s classic elements, that will keep fans glued to their sofa.

MotoGP™13 will include all the tracks and riders of the 2013 MotoGP season. The game will also include a new engine, which will allow to Milestone to manage all the elements such as graphics, physics, bikes, environment modeling and in-game sound.

Developed by Milestone studio, MotoGP™13 is scheduled for release in 2013 for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3, Windows PC and PlayStation Vita®.

I've not like a motoGP game since the ones on the original xbox. They all seemed to go downhill after that. Hope this one is better (doubtful)

Screenshot looks nice, A racing game on consoles that doesnt resemble a cartoon with the overly bright colours.

Yep, Climax Moto GP series was a 'Milestone' better!

Same with WRC franchise when it was done by Evolution Studios (Motorstorm devs), it was the best Rallying series then (along with Colin McRae)... :D

I loved RC 1 + 2 for just the sheer fun, as well as gorgeous graphics, but I preferred Colin McRae 4 for the sheer amount of feedback it gave you as a player.

Yeah i did love the McRae series also, It's a shame what Codemasters have done and continue to do so :(

Richard Burns with the G25 was bloody amazing but console wise with control pads Rallisport was alot more fun.

You know what you are talking about :)

Anyways, two sub-genres died last gen, rally games and gp games. The generation before last, motocross games died. Unfortunately that's how it goes, here's hope for a revival.........eventually.
