That has got to be the cheapest, tackiest looking console and controllers i've ever seen.

Saw the gameplay with the jedi, pure garbage.

no need to apologize, its the best limited edition this generation, by effort alone.

Many, many... many people will buy the bundle for the Star Wars props, not for the Kinect (game). Motion Control = fail (also Move, which isn't as precise as Sony wants you to believe).

Aw man those screens are so depressing. It looks so nice but we all know how shit it really is. I wish they were making a real pod racing game.

well no, no we don't, unless you have played the pod racing part, but I guess no one did so wait and see, no?

But yes, a new Star Wars:Racer is needed ASAP.

I saw some footage from Comic-con (can't remember what site) of the pod-racing part, and you can turn off assists, if that hints at anything. It looked pretty darn good, actually. The dev said that they are still implementing better and better Kinect software features, so who knows what it will be like when it's done. There are apparently several racing levels too...

I just want the controller.

The limited addition Xbox 360 bundle is awesome but I thought the white Kinect looked a bit bland so I fixed it. :p

(Although it's supposed to be metallic like Artoo's dome but it just came out grey.)

The podracing looks great and it appears that it does actually use the proper lever control system like the movie! (Except with invisible levers obviously. ;) )

By the way, from what I've measured the lag in the Jedi combat levels has been reduced from around up to 400ms to around 266ms, so hopefully by the time the game is finished it'll be down to at most 150ms lag so that it's basically insignificant. (Theoretically Kinect's lag can be as low as 102ms, in comparison the lowest a 30fps joypad-based game's lag can be is 100ms and the average 30fps joypad-based game has around 133ms lag.)

This will sell amazingly well. The best limited edition i've seen to be honest, and that white Kinect looks a lot better

Star Wars sells.Personally i'm a sucker for the pod racing

Really awesome and I think the best LE console I have seen, but is way too expensive, hell Im a huge starwars fan and I will never buy that at that price.

$500.00 Dlls?

Hell naw!!

About the game

What's up?
  • Tinks
Tinks I didn't understand why he played so poorly either though. Subasic has been amazing the rest of the tourney. A big reason they won against Denmark and Russia (20 Hours ago)
  • Tinks
Tinks @MrWhite: I agree. Penalty like that shouldn't happen in a WC final. Croatia's keeper was screened for almost all of those goals, aside from the deflection (20 Hours ago)
  • nostradamus
nostradamus @Melmoth: oh god, that is amazing. the sounds and visuals are insane for a sim. (21 Hours ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite @droezelke: For both them? Mbapp was 20 odd yards out. His positioning was shite. Should never have let that one past him. (21 Hours ago)
  • droezelke
droezelke If FIFA didn't object so long to get a VAR, the concept could have been bug-fixed 10 years ago. (22 Hours ago)
  • droezelke
droezelke @Tinks: The VAR is an exvellent tool, but the rules applied to the VAR are restricting them from intervening. Also, the hands-rule is so ill defined that it's completely open to interpretation. (22 Hours ago)
  • droezelke
droezelke Then the shot came and as he tried to correct to the right, he was leaning on the wrong leg and went out of balance. (22 Hours ago)
