Don't act so cool like you've read the comics before you watched the cartoon, because you probably didn't. Sure, TMNT were born as a comic, but it's the cartoon that made them a huge hit around the world and it's the cartoon most people feel nostalgic about.

irrelevant when you're calling people "kid" and acting like the lame cartoon is somehow the definitive version of the turtles lol. end of the day, using "kid" implies you are more wise and aware of the origins of the franchise, when clearly in actuality, you aren't.

Damn mate, you're pretty uptight aren't you? Even a five year old can be "aware of the origins of the franchise" in the age of internet and wikipedia and it's besides the point. I wouldn't call the "lame cartoon" a definitive version, but it definitely is the most popular and relevant, it made TMNT a worldwide hit and the franchise flourished with toys, video games and tons of other crap. And my initial comment was deliberately condescending and grumpy as I indeed am very nostalgic about the old cartoon and that was my way of expressing that. You're too focused on seeking an argument to see that not everything people post in the comments is serious af.

Sorry You dont know much about Turtles comics. And there also was more adult line, where Turtles eyes were without pupils. It was badass and only kid is obviously You. And BTW....at least, original cartoon had only black pupils, not this colors parade. This is BS.
I'm sure there are, but this is the internet and we're arguing about turtle pupils... Also, I think KORNdog has some serious reading comprehension problems, one should never engage in discussion with such individuals.

Yeah...I think You are right. I mean about internet arguing. Sometimes it´s difficult to get the true meaning from someone´s comment, when You can´t see his face and mood. I also feels upset sometimes and then I realize, the meaning of the message was a little bit different.
I can agree with that. It gets out of hand sometimes, like it's the 60's and we're arguing about the Vietnam War. Even though I felt misunderstood, when things escalate both sides often lose the chill, so I'm to blame as well.
