Please excuse the fact that this NiGHTS trailer has been posted late on the website. It borrows from the Mario & Sonic at The Olympic Games trailer posted yesterday with a focus on Computer Graphics (CG) segments combined to actual gameplay. I appreciated the fluidity and the big monsters in some levels. The contrary can be said for the treasure hunt with secondary characters.

I hope this turns out as cool as the first one. I got a pal who loved the first one.

Looks interesting, thats for sure.

The CGV's are actually pretty good.

Still don't know about the ingame graphics, I might change my mind when there is some music with it. The soundtrack of the original NiGHTS was Superb!

I wonder if there are some missions for girl and boy themselves. Groundwalking part was great in original NiGHTS.

Omi, there certainly seems to be. Or at least that aspect is expanded on some. I loved the exploration with the kids in the original, but that was largely because 3D itself was so new and the levels were so dreamy - lacking a better term. Hopefully they can convey that sense of surprise and wonder in this.

I must say, this trailer really strengthened my confidence in the game. Every level apart from the initial waterfalls one looks AMAZING. The bosses are absolutely spectacular, and even though it was brief and pre-rendered - REALA!!! HELL YES!

So yeah. Delay this to perfection please, Sega. Secret Rings, Sonic Rush/Adventure, Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz have all been brilliant, so there seems to be chemistry there that's working.

I can see the extra kids bits sort of killing the game sadly

My faith in this game has been restored, when I heard about the different masks I was a little worried, but by the look of this they haven't played with the core game play too much. Just wish I could have it in HD then I'd be very happy indeed, but i'm sure the game play will make up for it, and if it's using the secret rings graphics engine then should look great.
