People have been so focused on the Final Fantasy XV demo that they may have forgotten that it had been released along with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, the PS4/X1 remake of the PSP game that shipped in Japan only back in October 2011. As expected, the port doesn't particularly shine and it's hard not to see this episode's portable roots. The worst part is not the visuals though, as you're bound to get your share of headaches because of the horrible camera. Not only is it impossible to control properly, but it also adds tons of ugly blur everywhere, which will take some getting used to. Thankfully, the game has good sides too, with its excellent soundtrack, its interesting combat system and its generous content. Check out our videos of the PS4 version to see if you can go past the forementioned problems to enjoy the game.

PS: Btw, the PSP roots can also be seen in the very limited level design, it's not just about the visuals you know. :)
Never needed to feel like disagreeing with you guys, since I have my own opinion to form on games. But I would think it would be logical that when you write articles that have excited a few, you should expect a few heated responses.
I think the question you have to ask is whether the content to price ratio justifies the remaster?
I think the criticism is wholly justified.
