Whereas the game is just about beeing released, Electronic Arts just sent us a pack of new screenshots from its upcoming title Stranger's Wrath, next installment of the world known saga Oddworld . You better get an eye on it.

Last I heard it was January 25 for the US. Could have changed since then though.

but is it just me or are the screens 'a bit' worse than the last ones posted?

These are true framebuffer capture and not resized high resolution renders like the previous screens. Looks quite as good I'd say, except for the slight aliasing and mip mapping.
