Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice has been available for a few days now, and thanks to GoG, we have been able to record some PC footage up to 4K. Ninja Theory's new title is probably not for everyone as its main strengths are its story, its sound design and atmosphere but it deserves some attention. The way the game deals with psychosis and the ways it drew its inspiration from Poetic Edda are pretty impressive and you can tell a lot of work and efforts have been put in the writing and the game's background. Check out the following videos if you're curious to see the very beginning of the adventure.
@droezelke: animations are scripted, but that was definitely ingame cutscene. Do you know you can do in game cutscene with amazing animations? I really cant se why is not believable that is ingame (0 minute ago)
I imagine it'll look pretty similar to BF1. That game was already pretty maxed out. (1 minute ago)
@GriftGFX: No, that was completely pre-rendered with a hud to make you think it is gameplay. Want to bet that the actual gameplay will not look like that, with swaying guns, perfect animations, and so (1 minute ago)
There's a solid minute of scripted gameplay after a definitely in-game cutscene. (3 minutes ago)
Yeah is ingame cut scenes with a bunch of scripted gameplay. It is there to see how the game will look. We will see proper multiplayer gamepla on E3 (4 minutes ago)
@droezelke: There is literal gameplay footage at the end of the cinema. Scripted, but gameplay. (5 minutes ago)
