While it seems the retail PS4 version of Mad Max suffers from pretty huge slowdowns and even a few freezes (at least for those who played it over the weekend), we were pleasantly surprised to see that the PC version runs perfectly well, even without the latest drivers released for the game. Here are a few 1080p/60fps videos of the beginning of the game. Note: Warner didn't send the game to the French press soon enough, so we had to get a Steam version of the game ourselves to be able to show you some footage today. Console gameplay should follow tomorrow.
@asdfg: By comfortable, I meant for my eyes not in the sense that horror games should be comfortable and less scary. I loved how scary/jumpy it was. It would have been just as scary in 3rd personview. (58 minutes ago)
Could you even rent time on a machine like that though? I bet like 75% of the people who "rode" the attraction would puke :D (4 Hours ago)
I'm pretty sure that rig costs a lot more than that :P (4 Hours ago)
@MrWhite: Very scary. What if you accidentally drop your $1000 headset? (4 Hours ago)
