Hardware used to capture these videos:
- Intel i7 2700K @ 4.7 GHz
- 16 Go DDR3 1600 MHz
- 2x NVIDIA Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 GAMING 4 GB SLI @ 1480/3750 MHz

Just curious, is it as button-mashy as it looks? Were you playing with a controller or M/KB?

... I also thought there would be more blood and limb loss for some reason. But it looks decent. Nice videos.

It sure is pretty on PC. Too bad that it is as exciting as having the flu. It really is a interactive techdemo, nothing else. Imo ofcourse.

Yes it is as button-mashy as it looks during combats, but some likes it, and if you want to have better scores you have to press buttons on the right timing.
There is some collectibles to find in each levels though.

I was playing with an Xbox One pad plugged to my PC.

Some of the details are not as good as i thought they could be

Also, this game looks terrible gameplay-wise

where were you guys when the original reviews came out? it has always been a terrible game, did people really think the PC would change that?

The bashing of this game is overreaction. It's mediocre but not terrible. The contrast to its graphics quality or to the quality of gameplay in earlier Crytek games probably contributes to the overreaction. Looking at the videos, there is some fun to be had and certainly there's great computer graphics to enjoy. No reason for all the big drama. Count me in when it has become cheaper!

Why do Crytek games always have a low contrast, low saturation and dull art style?
