Our PS4 videos of Fez

A year after its original release on Xbox 360, FEZ is now finally available on Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita with a cross-buy/cross-save on top of that. Angry Fish's title fully deserves your attention if you've missed it thus far, as proven by our four 1080p gameplay videos of the PS4 version.

like limbo, you could play this on the next gen, and feel like you are playing a poignat and fresh piece of work that doesn't get visually outdated a couple of years down in thw road.

I kinda take some admiration for utopic one man army projects that are more about its vision, and burning years to get there, than doing some shitty game project (like jeff minter one trick pony or some copycat games) just because you have bills and it isn't a way you extrapolate art from your mind to a living interactive object

About the game

What's up?

GriftGFX I wasn't really setting up any specific comparison at all. I said modern phones and many PCs. That's pretty vague. You can set whatever limits on that you want. (34 minutes ago)

GriftGFX Granted.. synthetic benchmarks are just that.. but in Geekbench 4 a Snapdragon 835 can outperform a Q9550.. which is definitely faster than the E6600. (49 minutes ago)

GriftGFX My personal history of personal computing goes back to 8-bit computers. I think 2017 ARM CPUs are amazing. (51 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @droezelke: I said E6600.. and its single core performance in synthetic benchmarks is certainly comparable. But yes. You can go back to the 80s. I didn't say anything about them being modern. (51 minutes ago)

droezelke @GriftGFX: no, a snapdragon 835 does not have computing power of a Q6600 (9 years old). Do you really want to go further in time to prove your statement made sense? (57 minutes ago)

GriftGFX And "many" isn't a specific number. There are many 8088s :D (1 Hour ago)

GriftGFX But the exponential rate of progress means that you don't have to go back too far to make that true. A lot of the progress here was done in our lifetimes. That's amazing. (1 Hour ago)
