If you are anything like us, you have been waiting for the release of Dishonored for a while now. If you are anything like us, you are going to love the game and its universe. With people like Harvey Smith (Deus Ex, Thief) and Viktor Antonov (Half Life²), with a developing studio such as Arkane, we are not surprised the game turns out to be excellent, but it is still great to see that whole new games can come out these days and they even prove they can be a lot more exciting than the sixth sequel of a famous series. Here is a good number of videos taken from the PC version if the game (1080p/60fps), but if you're interested in buying the game (which you should), we advise you to only watch a couple so you can discover everything by yourself. The videos may only show extracts from the first hours of gameplay, but it's a title that deserves to be played, not just watched. For those who are not afraid of the French language, we have a full review right here.

@KORNdog: Assuming, since I have no knowledge of how much porting costs, it takes $1-2 million to port to XB1, that's a 2 to 5 times return, no? (1 minute ago)
@Sdarts: define "well" in the context of a multimillion dollar dev cost project? they may have broke even, if that. if they sold "well" we'd be getting a sequel instead of insomniac making spiderman (2 minutes ago)
@KORNdog: A publisher earns $42 of every $60 game, the other $18 are the 30% cut that Sony, Microsoft, Steam, etc. get for selling in their stores. So $48 x 100.000 = 4.8 million. (2 minutes ago)
because console power>games. (2 minutes ago)
Everything will will be ok for MS once they release the X (3 minutes ago)
fact is. neir developers released neir on the 360. sales were obviously not what they wanted from that platform and so didn't bother with porting the sequel. it's business. that's how they all work. (3 minutes ago)
