Ah well at least its not like Halo Anniversary, a 10 year old game that was also remastered and still wasn't native 720p.
Are you really slamming the 1 true "remake" this gen? and praising games like ..this, which are just unscaled to 720p.
Sounds good to me.

According to the official Playstation blog, it's been remastered at 1080p with 720p stereoscopic 3D support. It'll also include the online competitive multiplayer from "Up Your Arsenal."
Sounds good to me.
Nice, i'll give it a rent... .
It seems the 3d platform era is not quite as popular any more unless it's a mario one, but was it really to begin with or was it that PS2 was just so insanely popular and brought generally good sales almost no matter what type game you made

And the price matched the one 10 year old game you were purchasing and the reviews? No, just no. And Stranger's Wrath says hello.
I hear that, nothing ruins visuals like sub hd resolutions.
that's the only hd remaster that matters

Given how the first two current gen Ratchet and Clank Future games were that they (IG) were on a release a game a year schedule they did a great job... I'm sure if IG would have made alot of money of the Resistance and Ratchet games this gen they would have eventually revamped their tech.
But again people forget the times we are living in... people are starting to get nice HDTVs and they just cannot really play the old games like they used to so as a side effect these remakes help to refocus and re-evaluate the market for new sequels to old forgotten franchises or to help fund them...
When people keep using the Halo anniversary as a crutch they also never mention how Halo series have made ridiculous tons of cash last and this gen... its a cash cow guaranteed yet the anniversary remake was a major letdown.
How is Halo Ani a crutch? its the only true remake this gen, are gamers so blinded by there own stupidity now?
You say it was a let down? in what way ? the only downfall was the MP, the single player was fantastic, was it because it was not as fun as when you first played it? what the fuck do you expect we hammered the SHIT out of that game, gamers know every nook and cranny in the entire game we know every reaction to every scenario.. and people expected it to be different?
If they had changed ANYTHING what so ever in that remake, people would of slated "dont fix wont aint broke" they dont change anything aside from visuals and they get slammed for not changing it
Pricks.
This one looks great though for such an old game.
