PC videos of DiRT Showdown demo

Available since a couple of days on Steam, SEN (PSN) and Xbox Live, the DiRT Showdown demo gives a preview of two events from the final game : a stock-car solo race on an track with crossroads and a multiplayer destruction arena. Here are some videos from the PC demo captured in 1080p and 60 frames per seconds. The game will be available at the end of the month on the three platforms.

Holy crap you guys are awesome. 1080p and 60fps, try and get videos like this anywhere else. Its great that Codemasters are sticking to Racing Games from now on. It really is there niche.

I would love for DICE to do another one but not likely.

On topic this looks fun, gonna dl the demo to see for my self how it plays.

Silly me. Making fun of a "typo" and then making one myself ... ;-) Loved the old real rally(e)-ish Colins... The new looks ok but if I want some sort of destruction derby I still play Flatout with my mates...

Unfortunately Dice won't do any Rallisport again but I'd (as well as a lot of dudes here on the forum ) love them to do another one...

it's like twisted metal with way superior graphics and oh Oh... colours. But lacks the fun gameplay.

If I want to play some awesome and fun races AND some arena-destruction-derby-ish stuff I still play Flatout on the 360 with my mates

This looks so insanely BORING. They had the oppertunity to make this game REALLY arcadely, and REALLY crazy seeing as it's a spin off, but instead we get THIS steaming POS. could have been good, doesnt look it.

does look really boring, to be honest the only two great racing games I have played this gen are Motorstorm Pacific for for the crazy environments and first person bike racing and Split Second on PC for the innovation

The area mode looks a shittier version of Twisted Metal

Feels like they are doing a shittier version of a concept that Bugbear perfected with Flatout 8 years ago.
