A few weeks ago, we posted a few gameplay videos of Project CARS which seemed to impress some people a bit less than previous trailers. Some people in France even used our footage to claim the game's graphics were not as sharp as announced, which of course led some fans to explain that the two tracks we had shown were not the best looking of the bunch, as they were not final - we beg to differ but well... According to them, the famous Nürburgring is much more impressive, so we decided to capture some more 60 fps gameplay footage to show it at different times of day and in different weather conditions. We've also added a 30 fps replay in the rain of Bathurst. Note: Footage was captured with our Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel (by Fanatec) using an i5 4670K @ 4.0 GHz, 8 Go RAM, Windows 7 64, Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 MSI OC. All options were maxed out except for detailed grass (which is only activated in the first video), AA set on High.
some years ago when every new tv was a LED tv, it was still a LCD panel, just with LED backlight, so mostly just for marketing purpose. (15 minutes ago)
the similar names (containing the letters LED), and the Q being similar to an O, it's very different technology. (18 minutes ago)
@droezelke: QLED is just Samsungs evolution of LED, and is still based on the same TFT LCD tech, OLED is a completely different tech to begin with. (20 minutes ago)
@droezelke: in a nutshell Qleds do not produce as good colours as an oled thanks to oleds being able to produce pure blacks, as the pixels themselves switch off. giving on paper infinite contrast. (30 minutes ago)
@aphex187: lol 20 fps on the mighty xbone x.lol (35 minutes ago)
@jmd749: I stores I see more QLED than OLED. What is the difference? QLED looks great to me (42 minutes ago)
