The PS3 version of Bioshock gets a new official video, and quite a good one at that. The unlucky few who never got to play this game should definitely take a look!
This is the best fps i've ever played ! I own a 360 but to all who owns ps3 ... get this ... day 1 .
In the same year as halo3 and cod4 , this still is my game of the year . just awesome
Hmm it didn't really show anything new. But man, this is the first console generation that's made me feel like a fool for owning them all. Publishers and their money =p

I played this on PC only, very good game.. Atmospehere is amazing, and scary sometimes.. Played it thru twice, 1 time harvesting all little sisters, and 1 time saving them all.. You get a different ending for each..

Really? I found it was more the weapons then the controls. Try slowing down the sensitivity, out of the box it was pretty high as I remember
The longer you press the left stick at a direction, the faster it turn.
You begin turning slowly and then you turn faster and faster.
I hate it when fps do that. Its almost impossible to find "your" sensitivity, because there is no fixed one. Its something that you won't find in Cod or Halo.
BTW imo the default sensitivity is pretty low.^^

Indeed, that is one of the few terrible flaws Bioshock has. The aiming is poor. And like you say, it's the acceleration that's the problem. PDZ is the best (read:worst) example of this. Poor aiming really kills FPS's.
Makes you wonder how or why these developers/testers don't understand/realise/see this?! It's the fundamental basics of a good FPS, that's where it starts. You start off getting that right, and if you can't...stop there untill you do. That's how it should be done imo.
I never had any problem with the aiming with the 360 gamepad in Bioshock, in fact, it's one of the better feeling shooting games, up there with Halo 3. PDZ's controls really did feel bad.
