Can you believe this Rainbow 6 game does not have any doors. That's like a Mario game without any mushrooms!

Ever since Vegas, I think R6 has only been interesting with its coop terrorists hunts. This looks down-scaled, and I wonder if it will even be available. And if it doesn't have many doors, that would make it interesting on elite mode.

I played the alpha, and although it was fun for some short rounds, it was no rainbow 6. No planning phase is included, but I wish they had, aswell as a singleplayer. It was too forgiving in my oppinion, too. Rogue Spear still is my favourite.

I've had the closed beta sitting here for a bit, but I've yet to run it. What do you mean by forgiving? Do you mean like the "normal" mode in Battlefield 3/4 where you can jump out of death because it takes half a clip to kill someone? Or, do you mean allows for any idiot to be able dominate regardless of skill?

More like too many bullets. It's more arcade than the old ones.

GriftGFX FFA deathmatch is pretty fun in OW even though it's totally not balanced. Great Tracer practice. (6 Hours ago)

KORNdog The Orville episode 3 was amazing. Very heavy topic but handled it extremely well. (6 Hours ago)

GriftGFX I wasn't really setting up any specific comparison at all. I said modern phones and many PCs. That's pretty vague. You can set whatever limits on that you want. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Granted.. synthetic benchmarks are just that.. but in Geekbench 4 a Snapdragon 835 can outperform a Q9550.. which is definitely faster than the E6600. (7 Hours ago)

GriftGFX My personal history of personal computing goes back to 8-bit computers. I think 2017 ARM CPUs are amazing. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @droezelke: I said E6600.. and its single core performance in synthetic benchmarks is certainly comparable. But yes. You can go back to the 80s. I didn't say anything about them being modern. (7 Hours ago)
  • droezelke
droezelke @GriftGFX: no, a snapdragon 835 does not have computing power of a Q6600 (9 years old). Do you really want to go further in time to prove your statement made sense? (8 Hours ago)
