While we thought Remember Me would be released in May, Capcom just announced that it would finally on June 4 in North America, and a few days later in Europe (June 7 to be precise). Considering The Last of US will be out two weeks after, let's hope Capcom made the right decision and PS3 owners decide to take both. As for PC and Xbox 360 owners, if the game is any good, then they'll be happy to have something to keep them busy this summer. As far as we're concerned, we want to believe such a universe is bound to make a great title.
@Sdarts: define "well" in the context of a multimillion dollar dev cost project? they may have broke even, if that. if they sold "well" we'd be getting a sequel instead of insomniac making spiderman (1 minute ago)
@KORNdog: A publisher earns $42 of every $60 game, the other $18 are the 30% cut that Sony, Microsoft, Steam, etc. get for selling in their stores. So $48 x 100.000 = 4.8 million. (1 minute ago)
because console power>games. (1 minute ago)
Everything will will be ok for MS once they release the X (2 minutes ago)
fact is. neir developers released neir on the 360. sales were obviously not what they wanted from that platform and so didn't bother with porting the sequel. it's business. that's how they all work. (2 minutes ago)
Didn't Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive sell well though? (4 minutes ago)
@Sdarts: and how do you know if a game will earn more than the costs of porting/optimizing/m anufacture/distribution ion to know it's worth doing? (4 minutes ago)
