After being released in early August on PSN, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is also available on XBLA since last week. Here is a 10 minute video that shows the second level of the game for once. Please note that the little green flashes you may see at the beginning of the video are glitches from the capture, not the game itself.
I have thought a lot about it and decided not to give you my detailed impressions on Scott Pilgrim. The main reason is that it clearly is not a game for me and I would not be objective enough, which is obviously something we do not want here. You will see in the video that the game is actually very challenging, even when playing on the medium difficulty setting with a level 7 character. True, I would not say I am giving it my best here, but I could not even get excited by the retro look of Ubisoft's title, though I usually love the pixels of my 2D old games. From what I have read though, it is definitely worth a shot when you like the genre and you can play with your friends at home (unfortunately there is no online co-op). So how about you make up your own opinion by downloading the demo now?
God of War is...God of War. Death Stranding: no idea what it is, which is good. I need something to really surprise me. (9 minutes ago)
I mean Days Gone seems to become a generic open world game... with zombies (dying light in third person). (11 minutes ago)
Not time for a new hobby, time for new games IP's that isn't an obvious copy of another concept. (12 minutes ago)
@Tinks: Divinity 2 is fucking good. You should play that now. (38 minutes ago)

All I need is Soul Calibur 6 and to see what Battlefield is. (2 Hours ago)
@droezelke: sorry ya feel that way. IMO, last year was a good year for games, minus some developers went full retard with microtransactions. (2 Hours ago)
