I take it from these duplicate shots that Square is trying to tell people that the 360 version isn't a pig ugly low-res port this time?
That's all well and good, but I hope they've also spent plenty of time making this an RPG instead of a tedious sequence of button mashing fights down an endless series of low-poly corridors.

The games continue to hold a high aesthetic quality and visual beauty, doesn't mean the game isn't fun to play or full of irritating characters, but, they sure doe make things look pretty. Furthermore, if you compare any of the last 5 installments, each has it's own distinct visual package. The exception being FFX and FFXIII. Which have a very similar direction, but i guess that's what happens when you have the same art team doing it.
Adobe Photoshop in the old days used to be shipped either in one CD or several floppy discs. Does it make any difference? (The difference of the machine spec is another thing.)
c'mon fear thats not fair. you know what they wanna change, why are haters like nostra even here? to bash on square and every FF game. FF13 was good thats a fact not as good as older FFs like 6 or 7 but better than FF10 for example. so you hate square, we get it so now you can go.
Better than 10...thats debatable, the characters are probably on par with each other (they am in all FF games lol) story probably equal would probably say 10 was slightly better, but game play wise, 10 hands down wins, 10x2 is better game play wise (even if it seems like a toned down more playable version of 13)
I understand people loved 13 (not many) but you have to understand fans like me (i done hate square or enix, combined there shit) who loved most of there FF games (even 12..-vann) was massively let down by its lack of..control
I only beat down 13 because it beat me down, faster they get back on there feet the better because - lost odyssey i have not had any epic jap games this gen.
yeah i can understand that but like you i love most FF games and i was not dissapointed from FF13. im sorry to tell you but there is an really epic jrpg this gen, its called TALES OF VESPERIA and its the jrpg i enjoyed the most this gen. lost oddyssey was not that good i think(boring characters) i also really like CROSS EDGE.
