Sierra Spring Break: 50 Cent II

Sierra Spring Break still, and now it's time to talk about 50 Cent II: Blood in the Sand. There a galery of images of course, but I can also share my first impressions with you since I attended a gameplay presentation of the game. Besides the 50 Cent character that you're free to like or hate, I was quite impressed by the gameplay, a cool mix of Gears of War's hide'n pop action style and The Club totally arcade-ish scoring system. It looked really solid and surprising. never judge a game on its cover !
Update: Added the trailer, so ridiculous and over the top it's awesome.

Visuals are pretty damn impressive, reminds me of DOA for some reason.

well it's not BAGDAD its Afghanistan coz the writing on the board is in Persian not Arabic...

They went to a non-specific Middle Eastern country to play a sold out concert. Everything went well until the promoter tried to get away without paying G-Unit. After a brief confrontation he agrees to give them a diamond encrusted skull and everyone leave happy. That is, until G-Unit is ambushed on their way out of the country, and their crystal skull is stolen.

To quote a user on NeoGAF--"Are you a bad enough dude to help 50 get his crystal skull back?"

The premise is fucking awesome.

Plus in all game i have seen, they show you that we live in desert, I think they dont know anything about a place called Dubai (google it)

Anyway, Its 50 cent game (who i dont like), I only liked his first song (In da club)

But graphically its really good which i doubt its in game footage!

What has 50 done apart from being shot 9 times... I mean, does that really make him tough...? Lucky perhaps, but this is a bit of an extension....the premise is hilarious. Taking out arabs in the middle east as well...the fug?

It may be alright as long as he doesn't speak and none of his music is in it. And he gets shot in the first scene and it turns out you dont actually play as him but as the cast of wu tang. And the 50 cent title is just a sick joke.

Was that CGI? Then it's the most realistic looking CGI I have ever seen. Not that I mean that the action in it was realistic.
But 50 cent is such an idiot. I think he's as stupid as George Bush.
