Trailer Xbox 360 PS3

Bizarre Creations released another trailer for Blur insisting on the fun multiplayer will provide. It seems time has been kind to the game and each time it looks a bit more convincing. It still remains to be seen if its content and gameplay will be enough to attract the players but we will find out soon now.

They made one of the best racing series ever, so one should atleast give this one a shot...

However I imagine it to suck hard at the single-player department (the part I liked most in PGR)

Well in terms of MP and single player the PGR series was nothing short of fantastic, I just don't see this game doing the same thing at all though, despite how talented Bizarre might be.

It just seems like a really bad idea to mix power ups and real cars. Seems like the arcade racer genre is going to hell as this and split second both look pretty lame imo.

no no no.. u guys don't know what u are talking about. Split second is amazing, played it at E3 last year. I also played this game and both are great. I prefer split second, cause it looks better and is a lot of fun in a burnout kind of way..Blur reminds me of the midnight club series, but it still is a good racer that i will pick up.

This is the "top secret beta" on fileplanet btw, i was kinda dissapointed lol.
But maby this is like a sleeper hit, zomggggg awesome. Hope so, looks cool.

you got that the wrong way around. split/second is clearly the better looking game, not just in terms of visuals either.

I know split second has some fans but as XBX4LFE said this looks more like midnight club or may be nfs underground, that is ok for me. Split second for me is over the top BS :p

Looking forward to this... but I do remember getting excited about PGR4 when the trailers came out (which had post-processed motion blur and the frame rates looked smoother). Only to find out that the actual gameplay's motion blur didn't quite hold up to what the trailers portrayed and the frame rate (albeit 30fps) didn't look as smooth, either.

Just hope that Blur doesn't follow suit, because, as it stands now, it does look sweet.
