Spec Ops: The Line has always been presented as a game with strong emphasis on story and that's what it is really. Don't get me wrong, gameplay is solid and the shooting mechanics work well, but it is also true that it does not bring anything new to the genre. That being said, Yager's new title is clearly worth a look if you want to experience war in its worst aspects, a world in which soldiers and violence are not glamorized as it is sometimes. Here are four gameplay videos showing extracts from the first two hours and a half of the single player campaign. Just make sure you stay away from the fourth one if you are the sensitive type, or if you are interested in playing the game yourself.

I gradually got a bit indifferent to the games being released over the last 10 years. I found joy in gaming again when i went back to playing flight simulators the last year, which was what i played (1 Hour ago)
