Spec Ops: The Line has always been presented as a game with strong emphasis on story and that's what it is really. Don't get me wrong, gameplay is solid and the shooting mechanics work well, but it is also true that it does not bring anything new to the genre. That being said, Yager's new title is clearly worth a look if you want to experience war in its worst aspects, a world in which soldiers and violence are not glamorized as it is sometimes. Here are four gameplay videos showing extracts from the first two hours and a half of the single player campaign. Just make sure you stay away from the fourth one if you are the sensitive type, or if you are interested in playing the game yourself.
The difference is that they are cinematic set-pieces designed by an animation director and etc to look very cool/badass, which they do. Still the game I'm most looking forward to on Xbox One. (1 Hour ago)
@digi_matrix: QB's physics simulation is great, but the stop, forward and rewind time mechanic is nothing new, it's basically a real time "Photo mode" like the ones in Infamous:SS and DA:I. (1 Hour ago)
@GriftGFX: C'mon, you know you love tinkering with it, like any advanced PC user. =P (1 Hour ago)
