Activions tells us more about the next adventures of Spider-Man, called Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. The main originality of the title will be to play the part of our superhero through four different worlds, inspired by the different versions of the franchise, each of them with a proper gameplay and a proper graphic style. We already know two of these "dimensions" : "Amazing" and "Noir". The first one is the most famous variant of the hero, based on the "The Amazing Spider-Man" comics. As for the second one, it derives from the recent release of the "Marvel Noir" label, and its gameplay seems to focus on infiltration. The game is expected for September on PS2, Xbox 360, Wii and DS. Update: Trailer added.

@MrWhite: Yes but this is the controller, the only one supplied with the console. Meaning to charge it, you have to attach it to the display AND have it docked - not even a cable??? (4 minutes ago)
Hmm, stuff costs money to produce, I suppose. (7 minutes ago)

Each area of the plantation you explore has a "boss" family member that stalks you throughout, sort of like Nemesis, and they all have their individual traits. (56 minutes ago)
@Melmoth: Yeah, that appears to be the setting from the demo, but I've read some moderate spoilers, and it's definitely in tune to what the original game was, design and theme wise, with new elements (57 minutes ago)
