Is it just me or do those night time shots of the factory level look like Tim Burton's batman movie? lol.

This has to be some of the most beautiful lighting I have seen in a game so far this gen. graphically this game is doing very little wrong IMO.

I'm still just really not very confident the core gameplay won't get boring fast. but i'd love to be wrong the way this thing is looking. The lack of real cars also hurts the game a lot for me.

These shots are SIZZLIN'! I'm just becoming more & more skeptical of screenshots now-a days. 9 times outta 10, the final gameplay never totally equals what we're seeing months prior to launch.

That said, I'm really hoping this game is gonna be everything it's cracking up to be... this really is my favorite type... of my favorite genre!

Wow that looks crazy, i hope it won't be super arcade like pure, imo pure had really bad physics.

something about those visuals make it look so much like Burnout Paradise...

Is it the cars? Or the blue sky? :P

if sexy and burnout got together they'd create Split/Second.

I still can't get over the fact I may buy a game by Disney!

I need a demo to decide to buy this or Blur which I'm having a tonne of fun playing the beta.

SimonM7 All of this with due respect, of course. Chatbox doesn't leave much room to articulate points particularly well. (4 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Prototype dumps a myriad of powers on top of you, half of which cancel eachother out. It's a more is more approach, and comes off sloppy. It also has issues in terms of balancing player empowerment. (4 Hours ago)

SimonM7 @digi_matrix: Hehe, well that becomes something else entirely. In a good Mega Man game, the powers serve a strategic purpose. They're methodical games. (4 Hours ago)
  • digi_matrix
digi_matrix Did you actually play Prototype? You can go from running up a building, elbow slamming a tank, cannonballing a helicopter, and then using AoE Finisher on everyone on the ground. No powers. (4 Hours ago)

digi_matrix @SimonM7: Not a fan of Mega Man, then... (4 Hours ago)
