I've seen Crackdown running for the first time almost one year ago, and saw it quite a few times since then. And every single time I was surprised by how much the game had improved. This TGS is no exception, as you'll be able to see in this gigantic video.

Hey blim how are the lines for blue dragon and lost odyssey? I heard they were pretty crazy yesterday.
Whoa those are some crowded streets.

Visually looks superb. Find a game with higher draw distance, more on screen characters, and more general detail. Seriously.
So many things have improved enormously. There appears to be very nice shadowing effects now, the lights from cars headlights, etc, look really good now, the water, the physics look much better - They overdid the low gravity a bit much previously, but not it still has low gravity, but just the way things bounce look much better - Best example is the lamp post early on, that bounces superbly (programming proper bouncing of these types of objects is *really* hard)
This could well be a hit imo.
This game has fullcoop play aswell which could be real fun..
Draw distance is superb...ive got a feeling this could be a sleeper hit
That Tri-Ace rpg is looking better and better right about now since Microsoft now appears to have their undivided attention. Hopefully Square Enix responds to the positive press the 360 got during this show by showing it some love (unlikely I guess)
I guess the perfect game in this genre would bring the creator so much moolah that they'd become gods, and so the guy upstairs wont let them create such a game but will have them fumble with either crappy engines, PSOne gameplay or figure skating characters.
Three thumbs up to the programmers though. If this bombs, volition should hire them and get rid of the interns.
And Blim are we ever gona get the Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon footage back, also did you manage to record some of the game on the floor?
