That's one small step for a man...

Thanks to French member atN, we can offer you a short ride into space with the extension of Elite Dangerous on PC. Available in its beta state for the moment, it is a very promising addition which will undoubtedly make you spend even more time on the game. The music atN used should be familiar to many of you, if not all.

Mass effect soundtrack and blue HUD-mod. community vid-deluxe :D

Nice to see high quality Horizons footage. I'm waiting for a VR-set to be released before going back to Elite. Getting impatient.. grrr.

This game is getting me to look past No Man's Sky which we have no idea when it is coming out. This more than fits the bill and at this rate with the additions, will surpass it before its launched.

Mass effect soundtrack + exploring barren planets in a rover defnitely brings back memories of ME1, that's for sure.

I feel like No Man's Sky is a completely different type of game and target.

@ atN:

Really nice video, nice camera work and composition.

Much better than just a simple gameplay video.

Well done. Gamersyde could use more of those videos.

About the game

What's up?
  • Megido
Megido If anything, i think he should be happy. his books were pretty much completely unknown outside of Poland before the games so far as i know, so why complain? More people will read the books. Win. (15 minutes ago)
  • Megido
Megido offered a percentage of all sales. So he screwed himself because he didn't think the games would sell. As much as i like his books, i mean...tough luck bro. (18 minutes ago)
  • Megido
Megido @asdfg: Grift posted a link about Zapkowski who was butthurt about the Witcher games as they internationally overshadow his books, and that he took a straight payment upfront even though he was... (19 minutes ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @GriftGFX: yeah. $20 is a bit steep. I got it on a whim since it was £5 on psn and heard really good things about it. And while it's short. It looks ripe for multiple runs. (33 minutes ago)

asdfg @Megido: who, what, when? (1 Hour ago)
  • asdfg
asdfg Maybe it has picked up in quality but I stopped watching after season 3 iirc. (1 Hour ago)
  • asdfg
asdfg @droezelke: because the quality dropped after season one. Laughable stuff like a lone Carrie chasing the world's most wanted terrorist on us soil. Without any backup. (1 Hour ago)
