Looks gorgeous, but that's because of the art direction rather than anything technical.

Wow those textures are unmatched! I'd say this and Uncharted 2 are by far the best looking games on consoles.

Beautiful. Whenever I get a PS3, this will be the first game I play on it.

looks amazing, love the art and the tech. the game seems to be using pysics based wind like killzone 2 did. (if you watch the trailer, any movement from the kid or the creature causes the grass/feathers to blow around) it's a super impressive game, and the creature in particular is looking almost pre-rendered...the movements are so damn fluid.

cant wait for this, hopefully it's a 2010 release.

I think this has the potential to be their best game if they can use the giant creature really well in the gameplay. Not much known yet, but I'm guessing it will be another charming gem from a great team.

Me thinks you haven't seen their previous games? Both Ico and SotC are great looking games though the palette is pretty sparse.

looking 4ward to this. like ICO and SOTC its not a game that cares for graphics, its about experiencing the game and the game evoking an emotion. If you expect this to be adventure game with the graphics of Crysis then look elsewhere....

If you have a Japanese PSN account Sony have posted a ton of HD TGS trailers, including a Last Guardian one. It includes a lengthy interview with Ueda and a look at the game in development.

I'm really anxious to see how this project will evolve. For some reason I hope it will be Zelda'esque in its execution of narration and gameplay. Even though I like dropping caps and splitting heads just as much as the next deranged gamer, I very much welcome a deep game which isn't set on full-out violence.

No doubt. That is one of the best lighting engines I've seen lately (along with GT5). These images aren't dark, they're just exposed for the highlights. :)

I bought my ps3 for this and god of war 3 and I'm sure I wont be dissapointed judging by the footage I've seen so far
