The Outfit demo details & images

THQ has officially announced that demo that was mentioned in an ad last week. It will be, as previously stated, a multiplayer demo (500 MB) which lets you fight up to seven other players via Xbox Live. You'll also be able to challenge one friend offline split-screen. The demo will be up 3rd of March on the Market Place, and it will also be available in the next issue of Official Xbox Magazine. Images from the demo inside.

Ah finally a new demo then. That's going to be 2 player off-line for me, don't have Live-Gold.

Sort of silly to compare this game to GR:AW, they're not even the same sort of game.
It looks fun, the graphics aren't really 360 calibre but in general the gameplay looks interesting.
Hopefully the demo reflects what the final product will look/play like.

Maybe your should play the demo before being so negative about this game

anyhow i'm definitly gonna try this one out, if it's real good i might even consider getting the full game....

Edit:
Nice to see that the destruction on demand is also in the multiplayer section of the game, this could be very interesting

The graphics are great for what it is (consider the amount of destruction going on etc.) but if people REALLY want to bitch about that instead of enjoying the demo when it comes out then more fool them.

i will try it first before i buy it. but spending £45 on a game that won,t last long is no good.

I really didn't want to like this game!
But all credit to it, it is winning me over!
So that's another game on my list, now where did I put my piggy bank.

I agree with roxwell. At first the game didn't look like it would be that fun to play. Now the game is shaping up quite nicely and I'll probably try this game out.

WOW, the market place is crushing OXM with their outdated demos. Thank god my subscription ends with two more issues.

They really should have tried to release this game in february.. It has a lot of promise but its sure to get burried by all the big name games coming out in march :(
Commented on 2006-02-16 18:13:58
would be better in 1st person..

This could be fun!
Relic made Warhammer: Dawn of war, and it was great!
Good gameplay is more important than the visuals.
I would play a game of worms 2D(the first one) instead of any other
3D bullshit worm game!
worms 2D multiplayer fun for ppl not beeing graphic pussys!
Thats a xbox live arcade game i would like to see :)
Yea im off topic here..........lets just hope for another good game from relic!

Not with the strategy element, you need the peripheral vision.

Wow, so the camera being stuck at head height (or lower) isn't detrimental to your ability to assess your surroundings and purchase/direct units properly?

The graphics might not be that great,
but judging from the videos I've seen, this might be a shitload of fun online.
I will definitely try this out!
