I dont like crafting so much in game and reliability weapons and armor that needs repair...etc. stuff like that.
Damn, The Witcher 3 is such an amazing game, can't wait to play it. I just know I will spend some 100-200 hours playing it. And loving every second of it.
Looks really good. Although, I never understood why everyone else in the game has a non american accent, while he does have an american accent. In fact, I often wonder why ANY games like this have any american accents at all. It doesn't make sense does it?
NeoGAF going all buckwild about this, saying it's downgraded big time, has to be Xbox One version because of that. It's the PC version though. I downloaded the uncompressed version.
Looks great as expected. But, I'm curious as to how "open world" it actually is. Is there a layout of the world map anywhere? The previous versions could be seen as open world but not in the traditional sense. They cut the map into sections which made it quite linear. I hope by open world they mean Elder Scrolls/RDR.

I think I'm the only person in the world not enamored with these Witcher titles... I don't think they look particularly good, I didn't really care for the gameplay of either of the first two. I dunno. Just don't care for them.

They should had used that classic Jodeci track for this trailer, "Can I Talk To You". Because, obviously when a person thinks Witcher, they think Jodeci.

During GDC 2015, CD Projekt RED's gameplay designer, Damien Monnier, said:
"It's not even on the highest setting. We're saving this for when you buy the game - we want you to get a bit of a slap across the face."
I believe they have been doing this ever since the January 2015 gameplay video, so since all the other videos before it were most likely using the highest settings possible, newer videos will give the impression the game was downgraded.
Best way is to wait till the game is released and Gamersyde does some videos of the PC version at the highest quality. It won't take long, only 2 months left now.
I want to see the highest quality settings before making any judgements on the visuals. As of now they're just ok. The acting is also just okay, but this is just one small side scene so it probably isn't very representative of the whole game.
I think my least favorite part of the whole video was the exaggeration of the size of the royal wyvern. It really wasn't that big.
