I love the character design. If the game can make being a doctor half as fun as Phoenix Wight makes it to be a lawyer, I'll be one happy camper.

Maybe you missed the other Trauma games ?

The first one was a launch game in the US and took a whole year to get here (europe). This is already out in the US and will prolly take just as long to crawl overseas. :(

I think they're excellent games, but they're reeaaally tough.

Yeah, I kinda ignored the DS games. The characters in this one caught my eye though. Very hip looking doctors

Yeah, "Second Opinion" - the Wii remake of the DS game (there was only one) really upped the designs a lot. Atlus seem to be pretty consistent art wise with Shin Megami Tensei (Persona 3, Digital Devil Saga) also sporting variations on these awesome designs.

New Blood has a co-op mode that sounds very cool, it's just so disappointingly far away from us hairy europeans. :/

About the game

What's up?
  • Tiz
Tiz @GriftGFX: I think MS were in full on panic mode because they wanted to add value to their box, so they showed everything. (17 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Yeah they just need to actually implement some of that stuff. They're charting an interesting path. I feel like they showed this game off before they knew what it was. (18 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz For instance, in Destiny, the whole point of getting loot is to get better equipped to do raids for better equipment to do raids for better equipment and sometimes Iron Banner. (19 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz @GriftGFX: It really depends how they approach it. If you can upgrade your ship, crew etc to navigate more dangerous parts of the sea then it will be a dangling carrot scenario. (21 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz Also, like the Division you have to cash in the loot before people steal it for themselves. The Division ran into the problem of just allowing anyone in the instances. (23 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX And like.. what's the purpose of the loot itself. (23 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz @GriftGFX: I feel like what the loot is will determine the way people play. Will there be the standard common to Legendary loot? Will some loot be harder to navigate to, if so, will it be worth it? (24 minutes ago)
