I dunno, I have to see more if I am to select this over Halo Wars. But do please show more of the console versions of Red Alert 3 when you can!

Man, I'm loving these sequels to the earlier part of the franchise but I'd really dig a Generals sequel just to liven things up a bit.

Well I never played the others, my cousin did but I didn't. Big fan of RTS here, but I think Halo Wars will beat it. I will probably get both mindst, look incredible!

however EA company it's had better remake the old game of westwood too^0^such as Dune II , The Legend of Kyrandia ,and Lands of Lore . I need to play it ^_^

There is sequel for Dune 2 already. It's called Emperor: Battle for Dune. It's quite old already but still cool game.

If this is anything like RA2 then this is going to be a really great game. I think RA2 might be the best in the C&C series. Crazy game :) Also RA3 co-op campaign sounds really fun.

this will own everything till Starcraft 2 comes out.
after seeing this vid I got C&C and first RA from SPstore, damn those where the days, they don't make games like they used to.

Explosions rock at least, finally some bright fire-looking things rather than the small puffs of smoke in most RTS games. Its gonna be a great year..

Since RA2, this game was always some kind of wacky. I love it. The art style is fine and looks great to me, just like RA2, only in 3D.

Crazy Units, Story etc. The game is just about fun, puuuure fun and humor and not about realism like Generals or the C&Cs in the tiberian universe.


I cant wait to kill some enemies with bears xD

Now I'm no RTS fan, although I used to play them a bit i suppose.

But if it anything like the old games then Halo Wars has to be something special indeed, I wouldn't assume Halo will be better just because of its name either.

It's not like Halo Wars is being developed by a bunch of RTS nobodies. Ensemble has a long history of developing fantastic RTS games (AOE franchise) on the PC and considering that it's being developed from the ground up for a console.. there's good reason to believe that it will control better w/o the use of a kb/m than EA's games do/will.

I wouldn't assume that Halo Wars is just some random POS RTS that is being hyped solely because of its name. Ensemble rocks, and it's being developed with a specific control set and audience in mind from top to bottom. RA3 will almost undoubtedly be better on the PC than on the consoles, and Halo Wars.. well.. is a console exclusive.

Yes Ensemble is a good company. I think my favourite game is Age of Mythology. I don't really know what to think about Halo Wars. It looks cool but... I don't know. I need to test it first. I hope they make demo otherwise I am not interested.

I'm very interested in Halo wars but it is up against some stiff oposition.

This (RR3), TC End Wars, WiC SA, RTS fans have never had it so good :)

Don't forget about Dawn of War 2 and Starcraft :P

END Wars is more ambitious but IF they can pull it off could be best of the lot.
