Still more boring than boredom itself, Wander received an update yesterday which fixed some of the numerous problems the game has been plagued with since release. The main character now runs by default and there is no invisible endurance bar to prevent you from running after a little while. You are now free to run away for as long as you want, though we doubt you'll manage to escape your inevitable doom. The first person view which made it possible to see the world from the perspective of a dwarf Lilliputian has also been deactivated for the moment, so you don't risk breaking your nose when climbing up the jungle stairs. Sadly, all the changes that have been made do not make the game more interesting to play, and even having Davton join me for this new batch of videos didn't prevent us from dosing off as we were flying towards the floating island. The 10 minutes it took to get there as griffins seemed like forever, as you can see in our second video below. On the bright side, the griffins look quite impressive, but maybe by the time the developers were done with them, they didn't have time to build a real game around them. We can only hope they will manage to make the overall experience more interesting with future updates.
But there's just no explanation for: "At some point soon, we better get busy making babies." This is simply just really terrible writing. (1 Hour ago)

They were probably pressured to make it honestly (2 Hours ago)
@Sdarts: I know, it's too much. I think I'm starting to understand why some of key people at Bioware left. They saw a shitstorm comin and they jumped ship. (2 Hours ago)
ME:A is a disgrace and disrespect to the ME franchise and everyone that worked on the first 3 games, and everyone that was/is a ME fan. (2 Hours ago)
But the really, truly worst part is the writing and dialogue. I'm no writer, not even an aspiring to be one, and I'm very confident I wouldn't write this badly. (2 Hours ago)
@MikeManiac61: I watched it a 2nd time, Jesus Fuck! What happened to BioWare? And most important, what the fuck happened with QA in gaming? I swear QA is the least desirable job in the gaming industry (2 Hours ago)
