Guitar Hero 2 on 360?

i heard on, i think, the EGM podcast that this game will have megadeth's hangar 18! no joke.

this looks trippy but it could look better on 360 IMO. low poly kinda. whatever i guess.

dunno if i should get this game. i can play these songs on a REAL guitar and thats far more in depth if you know what i mean haha.

Im getting this, here is too hoping they release it in europe not ten years later and it has online vs mode. im getting the ps2 version too i guess

edit: any chance for some 720P gameplay movies soon? :O

i hope that the makers decide to add extra songs rather than trying to use the 360 to have amazing graphics....

and synce, it is a button memorization game, but its by far the most fun ive ever had with this type of game. granted, im a musician, so anything involving a guitar i'll automatically love.

i think im actually MORE excited for this than gears of war. i hope they somehow release the first games' song list, even if its like a $20 download, id buy it.

the first guitar hero was so much fun on the ps2...my cousing had the guitar accessory and everything....amplitude was cool as well, though it gave me a headache with all the crazy colours haha

For those of you who play guitar already, yeah, I understand it's much more fun to play it yourself, but how about dueling with your buddies or someone over Xbox live and wrecking them?

4:3 aspect ratio (gui included)? Smells FISHY. They've probably been making it for the PS2 and went next-gen in a hurry.

Lol uhmm... Guitar Hero is on PS2 already ;) And you'd be right, they are making GH2 on PS2, but they're not canning that version to move it over. The X360 version is like a port, same engine, slightly updated graphics, possibly new tracks to play... we just have the bonus of better sound and downloadable content, and a hot new guitar controller to boot.

Oh see I didnt know that. Makes sense though, the PS2 version will outsell the 360 version 1000:1 so they'd be insane not to do it. Just put this one in the port-jobs file.
