Xenosaga Episode III: Also Sprach Zarathustra was announced for a fall 2006 release in USA last week, and Namco Bandai today released this trailer for Japan, showing some gameplay elements.
Based on the gameplay videos, the only problem of the battles have been fixed; they're faster (almost like FFX, which is a good thing, imo). It really was the only problem. The battle system had enough depht, but normal battles took way too long to finish, and it got even worse in Xenosaga 2, although it had some cool improvements.
