Gamersyde Diaries: Wii Fit

As promised, it's been only two weeks since our last Diaries, and here we are for the European release of Wii Fit. And let me tell you that we really worked hard on that one, not just on the video itself, but also on push-ups, ski, running and even a very humiliating belly dance sequence... Enjoy this video, we sure had a great time with that one!

Wii Fit videos

Our friend DjMizuhara bought Wii Fit today, and already sent us 3 videos. It looks much more fun than I thought!
Update: DjMizuhara is really spoiling us with his videos since this time we get a video with picture in picture of him on the board so we can see how the game works. I hope the next one will be with the push-ups mode!
Update: One more, with this time the Ski Jump event.

E3: Gamersyde tries Wii Fit

Thank you Snoopers, you always know how to film me when I look like an idiot. This time it happened with Wii Fit. Most of the mini-games are fun, with a little preference for the ski jump and the "Marble Madness"-like. The balance really feels the slightest change in my gravity point, impressive. I can't wait for a skating or snowboarding game using this clever peripheral.

What's up?
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 6 to 8 split on Eurogamer, which isn't quite as large but still pretty significant. (21 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Yeah sure, but from what console reviews are saying it's perfectly adequate. I mean I'm sure PC is the way to go, but I sincerely doubt we're seeing a 5 to 9 split score wise or anything. (24 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX not that the Xbox version is "that bad" by most accounts either.. there are plenty of people here playing it who adore it.. but the PC game is recieving higher marks across the board (26 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @SimonM7: I doubt that's true too, if other reviews I've read are any indication. The game was designed around an interface that's not represented on the Xbox.. (27 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 I doubt PC and 360 scores would differ much in EDGE, they simply don't fancy it. DA on the 360 is fine as long as you like the underlying game. (36 minutes ago)
  • callmekymbo
callmekymbo is DA on the 360 really that bad? I can't run it on my pc so the eggbox is my only viable alternative (1 Hour ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Wow, deja vu. (1 Hour ago)
