I can see it being one of those games that people familiarise the wii with, much like Halo to the Xbox/Xbox 360.
but mario galaxy looks like nothing new iether
which is good, because mario and halo are ace
which is what annoys me about reviewers
i promise you right now non of the reviews will criticise it for not doing anything really 'new' just cos its mario
its funny wen ppl criticise halo 3 for not having much new

nintendo seriously should start opening up to a wider crowd and actually make games for the hardcore gamer. i t.
graphically, it looks really good (for a wii game). just a bummer that it is another mario game. i like mario games and all but nintendo seriously should start opening up to a wider crowd and actually make games for the hardcore gamer. i think the wii would double in prices. cause yeah, pretty much every mother has given their little Timmy a Wii.
You make it sound as if Nintendo isn't successful enough with the games they make. They're probably making more profit than either Microsoft or Sony will in this current console war. They destroy on the handheld market and in consoles they have their audience pegged perfectly. They target the audience MS and Sony overlook. They also target this audience because Nintendo is a videogame company first and foremost, while the rest are not.
I know that Mario looks like a character for kids, but there are tons of games with this guy that will glue the Wii remote to your hand.
