im suprised with it being Tecmo that the main charactoer for this game is not a girl..!!

BTW, there WILL be another female character which replaces the Rachel part of NG1. I think it 's the new tutorial girl from NG DS beacuse NG 2 plays shortly after it.

It's obviously only my opinion, but i find it suffers of the same flatness of doa. I think team ninja choice (but is it really a choice?) to not implement self shadowing really hurts their game's visuals.

I can't say i'm all that impressed by the graphics. It's not bad looking but it's not amazing either. Considering what team ninja did on the original xbox this is disapointing to say the least, but i guess that their art style has reached it's limit in terms of characters. Gameplay will be kickass i'm sure, and thats what matters.

It does look average! NG1 was an incredible looking game that absolutely pushed the original Xbox to it's limits. NG2 seems more like NG in HD with only a few added details (leaves, blur, that's about it).

Are there any vids yet? If the stills look that good, I can't wait to see it in motion.

Well i think game looks good, and knowing team ninja it will be very polished. As for bullshots, i say bullshit, game will look AT LEAST this good, i see no reason why this is beyond what 360 can do... so no thx, i believe in this game...

Seems like the weapons in the game can be upgraded again, but also visually. Check out the claws and boots in the first and third picture.

It won't look like this when playing. Cinematic camera angles can make any game look a lot better than i actually does. Not saying that this looks crappy or anything, but they are indeed bullshots. Another good example of this is Mass effect. ME looks incredible whenever you are talking to someone or with the screencaps in cool angles. When running around in a dungeon it looks far from breathtaking though.
