Why is team Silent not working on this again....

I've heard that this team sucks. Which is really too bad since Silent Hill is one of my favorite series of games ever. At least part one, two and three...i guess The Room had some redeeming features, but it was decent at best. Origins i never tried, but from what i've heard it sucks too.

Oh well, even though hopes are low i guess i'll just have to wait and see.

twoism: it's still Konami, it's just not the same team that did the previous games. It's some new American studio...or so i've heard.

I sure hope The Collective can pull this off. Silent Hill is easily in my top 5 favorite game series and I would be a very angry if they can't keep the terrifying vibe that the other games had.

This is what going multi-platform can do to a great franchise. Lowest denominator ftw... or not.

Well, at least it's not EA. So still hopes for this one.

Apparently you've never seen a PS2 game before. While the game doesn't look top-notch, what's important is the atmosphere. Which, unfortunately, the screens seem to lack that, but it's tough to judge since seeing it in motion would be much better. Wouldn't mind some fog or vision obscuring mechanism to add to the atmosphere, everything's too clear and visible. Oh well, as long as it's not as bad as SH 4 then I'm game.
