I'm not sure, but it sounds like you're trying to be sarcastic. I find it hard to believe that the words original and nazi can co-exist in the same sentence to describe this FPS. Not to say this game will be bad. Anyways, I swear I've seen a movie a while back that was also set in an alternate reality where the question was, "What if Nazi Germany won?".

if they've fixed the crazy inconsistant texture load-in and given us more option in terms of the look sensitivity (demo had medium which was too slow and high which was twitchy as hell) then i'll probably pick it up, it has a very cool premis, and overall opening sequence from the demo game me some serious bioshock vibes in terms of its overall atmosphere and style.

if however they have not changed anything since the demo, then they can go to hell.

There was no sarcasm in this news, just an explanation of the game plot. It's original, especially since 90% of FPS games involving nazis have them crushed under your boot in Germany and Europe. This is a real change of pace, and more like Freedom Fighters (soviets instead of nazis), which is an underrated and awesome game.

yes kudgel, but based on the demo Turning Point is nowwhere near the quality of Freedom Fighters.

I'm not sure, but are these screens slightly better looking than the last batch? Seems the developer has a few graphical tricks up its sleeve like postprocessing that weren't in the demo. hmm...

  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (1 Hour ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (1 Hour ago)
