Ubisoft and Free Radical finally release some new assets of Haze, thirteen suspiciously clean screenshots showcasing the different multiplayer modes of the game. We should learn a lot more about the game at the Ubidays, in late may.

looks nice, very clean...not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. looking forward to it tho, i just hope they havnt given too much away in terms of plot, they've already said you switch sides after finding out nector destorts reality to create a better solider. and you can assume when your a rebel your out for revenge against mental...i dunno, i just hope there is plenty there to be discovered by ourselves.

Nice, too bad it will never release for PCs.

See that guy's knife, how it's draped in yellow stuff? Is that what the injected soldiers emit instead of blood?

no, its the necter that gets injected into them to become "elite soldiers" when your a rebel you can cut the necter disc off their neck to create necter 'nades but obviously it covers the knife in necter, so you get an added overdosing weapon in the form of a throwing knife. if you throw it at a mantel troop they overdose and end up killing each other (shown by the red mantel troop in pic 10)

Can't say I've ever been impressed by this title, appears to have a very weak story - nectar? Not only is it a substance found in flowers, it's a UK store loyalty card... lol.

Despite the poor name of one of the games key feature, it also appears to be a rebranded Far Cry Instincts concept which, the majority of people will agree, failed massively.

There's an awful lot of AA on these screenshots too, which is also far from characteristic of PS3 games, as we all know. I'll wait for the reviews before even considering this title.

That sounds pretty slick.

Lots of gameplay to be had in this game it seems.

Some went through heavy doctoring (like this one, pure compositing job, just look at the shadows of the characters, the difference in resolution between the towers and some objects/vehicles/chara models), and downsized from a very (very) high resolution to remove any trace of aliasing. So, yeah, touched-up, one could say that. But it's pretty common practice, and it doesn't mean the game will look bad. It just won't look like these screenies.

some of these screen s are old, and those that played a recent uild says it does look this good. we'll see i guess. i really dont see anything here anti aliasing wise that wasnt just as good in ratchet and clank.

i see, i thought that the AA levels were quite high for a console game. thanks for the reply.:D

Yea, the image quality is very high. There are games that have decent image quality, but compared to other shots of this game in the past it would be a miracle to be looking this much better.

It's funny because it is being worked on by fairly skilled people in the FPS genre.

This looks alright, maybe a bit bland at times though. I must say i'm much more hyped for the next time splitters.

The character designs are pretty sweet. I like the guys with the yellow/black armor


However I wish the characters didn't look so casual in their standing stance while firing the gun, or so casual in most of the stances...

I saw (and played) this game in action myself a few weeks ago, and it didn't look anywhere NEAR as clean and crisp as those. Photoshop, much?

Yeah if you look at the new gameplay vids it looks nowhere near as good as these screens. Still lookin forward to it though.

Originally I was hyped about this game due to Free Radical being behind it. Sadly that disolved as more info emerged. Just looks like yet another FPS that will get lost in the endless sea of them being released these days.
I'd love to be proved wrong but it's not looking likely...

This game has yet to excite me. The gameplay vids look very bland as do the graphics. It also doesn't help that its sandwiched between GTAIV and MGS4, my two most anticipated games of the year, not to mention two of the best games of the year.

tested this at play.com live, it was awefull,just felt like it was 3 years to late,graphics look nothing like the shots,in gamr it looks crap with bad tearing
