Page 1 2 3 4 >>I'm just glad both sets of console owners can play this great title
I just want my copy. I am scared all the butterflies in my stomach are gonna give me an ulcer. HURRY!
as for the differences, can't seem to understand how a 4 GB instalation on the ps3 only reduces the load times in a couple of seconds, according to kotaku...
omg, did somebody boulet those pics because they are anti-360!?
Proper comparision should be about frame rates during missions, actual gameplay were it actually means something!
Anyway I got my copy in the mail today, reading through the manual :D
I see no difference
Anyway, this game is truly a masterpiece and more fun than I expected. Rockstar have completely outdone themselves yet again. I've been playing the game for about 6 hours strait, half of that on MP and the other half in SP, and I haven't seen this mysterious pop-in I keep hearing about. Strange to say the least.
How convenient. Check again. PS3 is muddier and had less detail (630p). 360 is brighter and has more detail (especially noticeable on the faces).

I see no difference
PS3 version is definitely better, both in colour and clear anti-aliasing. 360 version's colours are clearly washed out and hell there is aliasing too:

I have both consoles but obviosly went with the 360 for its extra content and because all my friends own 360s, so it would be stupid to get the ps3 version and play online with random people.

I'd rather not lose hard-disk space to an install (that's what my PC is for), and it looks no better, so 360 it is.

near as i can tell, the PS3 has better lighting (far as realism and diffusion go, its more dynamic) but is a bit murkier as a result. The 360 is sharper, but has a static lighting.
They are the same damn games people, there are no significant differences between the two other than the hardware used to render what you see. They both suffer from pop in, they both have real time dynamic lighting, they both have pop in, they both have sharp detailed textures at times and muddy washed out textures at other times and they both look like great games. End of argument.
