The AA is an issue, but I am sure not too many people will even notice it when the game is in motion. I notice that about a lot of PS3 games where I have seen AA issues in still frames. You'd be hard pressed to notice them while the game is in motion.
The first Mercs was quality, and I think Mercs 2 will be more quality . . . no matter which platform you pick it up for.
How the AA .... looks like ps3
Like most 360 games now ;P
im hoping this sequel rectifies a lot of those thing. give some variation and method to the mayhem. otherwise it's gonna be more of the same. 5 minutes of fun but with no incentive to play beyond that.
the only probalem i have with mercs 2, is that mercs 1 was incredibly shallow
I think that means you have a problem with mercs 1...

not really considering this looks the same
This looks the same? Right, they've not innovated or changed anything at all?
Now... after crysis and some other games, it seems a little overshadowed by that... or it didn't evolve very well with time.
I like more of what was shown recently of Red Faction III. (also has destruction & open gameplay)
Loved the first one and this one looks like even more fun. I'm just not sure if the gameworld is convincing enough. It all looks a bit, lifeless at times.

but seriously the game looks real fun and i hope they dont delay it anymore(they have already a less impressive graphics because of the fact that the engine also had to support ps2+wii)
Hopefully they put a demo up though, I'll still give it a chance.
i dont know why everyone is complaining about its looks. it looks a hell of a lot better then the last time it was shown. the delay did help this
-not so dynamic lighting
-aliasing
-weak color palette
-Techno Viking as main character
... thanks, but no thanks.
