Eighting and D3Publisher have joined forces to create the fighting game NARUTO: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 on Nintendo Wii. It features a storyline created for the north-american audience, with the biggest pool of characters in this mini-series yet (30+). Players wanting to play with either the GameCube or classical controllers will be able to do so, as long as the Wiimote of course. Everything will be displayed in widescreen with a progressive scan option (480p). To be released this Automn.
KEY FEATURES:
• Brand new storyline specifically created for North American audience – The story will expand on the episodes of the popular television series.
• Over 30 characters – Game characters include favorites like Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi; along with some new to the Clash of Ninja series and some fighters developed especially for the title.
• Improved visuals – Game will feature an original opening movie created by Studio Pierrot, rendered cinematic sequences and widescreen (16:9) and progressive scan at 480p.
• Multiple exciting game modes – Players can fight in story mode, one to four-player multiplayer versus mode or other new exciting battle modes for the ultimate ninja experience.
• Intuitive game controls – Easy-to-learn controls allow players to execute combos and access favorite moves on any controller: Wii remote, GameCube or classic controller.
For those complaining about the graphics, it's using the dated GC engine, so it's to be expected.
At least we can say each console has it's own Naruto series that offers something different (Wii - 4 player party battles, 360 - Platforming/Beat 'em up, PS3 - Adventure/Fighting).

Improved visuals..........i dont even have to say anything about that +p
It's funny because as far as Naruto games go this team has created the best fighting engine seen on all 3 systems by far. I won't be buying this though as I own Shippiden Ex2 thanks to the freeloader Datel releases. It is the best Naruto fighter existing at the
moment and the PS3 game may not compare, especially since the story is years behind! Current up to date shippuden roster FTW
i dont know but it seems that the graphic looks good only in "in-game sequences".i think i cant compare this with the ps3 one,but ps3 can done sometin wat any other consoles didnt-can make an impressive in-game graphic no sequencess!so this game make no interests in me.ulti ninja3,uzumaki chronicles1,2...and like these games on ps2 makes me better sence.this is a bad imitation of any naruto game...oh and try to make less characters but better cell-shaded.oh and background looks terrible too( 5.0-story 6.5-gameplay 4.5-design 6.0-presentation...overall-5.5(
Good, good.
It's a first for the series under this dev, to have a Hub/Village to fuck around, isn't it?
The village/world cell-shading doesn't really look beter than that on Rise of a ninja, less colourful and detailed, but this will probably kill it when they show the leaf village footage... in motion.
Trully remarkable Animation work.
GriftGFX
Regardless they were in great form last night, aside from a little gaffe during their encore (Gravel Road). They played with soihadto, Wino, and Shadows Fall (who were great!) (1 Hour ago)
GriftGFX
Ye.. they played Motherless Child, Struckdown, 10000 Unstoppable Watts and Abraham Lincoln off the new record... which isn't the best live selection for SCFTW but it aint bad either.. (1 Hour ago)
Slabs
Did they play the new album? Pretty good stuff from what I've heard. Who are they touring with at the moment? (2 Hours ago)
GriftGFX
is deaf and sore from last night's Clutch show @ the HOB in AC. (2 Hours ago)
