the new features especially the new way the grenades works sound awesome especially in the meatflag game type....

teamxbox talked about it yesterday, you can use the sticky greanades as proximity mines now they stick to everything... and whats better is that the poison gas ones if you put a few in a choke point will fill the area with the gas for a while to kill enemys that try to come through....

also beyond meatflag apparently their are several other game modes and other maps that they are not announcing until e3. all i know is im excited... also TeamXbox said that while the graphics may not look like a difference their most definitly is especially when you see the game in person, the lighting and also the polycount have gone up a good bit, its very noticeable when side by side with gow1.

i can't wait to execute some peoples!

Hmmm...some weird looking screens. Well...plain ugly actually. Gears is supposed to have the some of the best texture work out there, but it certainly doesn't show in these pics.

What's up with that? Either way, it looks great in motion so I can't be too bothered...it's just a complete 180 on what I'm used to seeing of this game.

Ugh. WTF is with the arms? I remember when I was impressed by the detail in the characters, but now it looks like its all in the faces. The arms look particularly shitty. That cowbow guy has the most disfigured arms I've ever seen, and the texture is shit too. Other wise it looks nice, but meh... I was expecting more in the texture department.

Detail doesn't look great in these pics, but we all know that it looks stunning in motion.

This game is going to own all.

quite refreshing to see screens that arnt doctored for a change...although now we can see the game as it really is, it looks terrible.

This screens reminds me situation with one screen from killzone 2 which didn't look good(aliasing, bad textures etc.), just like those five pictures.

yep these pics are washed out and th ewrost i have seen, just check out the ign/gs and gamersyde hd multilplayer vids to see how great it looks.

Yep...it really makes me wonder what's up with developers releasing screens like these. Seriously awfull! Both games look way better than these screens in motion, for sure!
